On November 26th, 2007, Poligrafici Editoriale S.p.A founded Poligrafici Printing S.r.l. with stock capital equivalent to € 27,350,000, through the transfer of the wholly-owned shares in Centro Stampa Poligrafici S.r.l., Grafica Editoriale Printing S.r.l. and Grafica Commerciale Printing S.r.l., and the deposit of € 34,170. The operation is part of the reorganization process of the “printing” sector of the Poligrafici Group, decided upon by the Board of Directors of Poligrafici Editoriale S.p.A., and with the objective to:
- achieve better positioning and increased competitivity in the market through a company and production structure that more clearly highlights the “printing” sector;
- more easily develop the industrial business with operators within the sector;
- undertake the authorized course of action for quotation in a regulated market.

Poligrafici Printing operates in the national and European markets through a capillary sales network and a production capacity relying on numerous roto-offset plants (with or without ovens), operative 24 hours a day, 6 days a week and stationed in the printing centres of Bologna, Florence and Milan. Poligrafici Printing ably and efficiently satisfies the production needs of the publishing world (products of varying recurrence, free-press) of the GDO (folders), of the business world in general (sales catalogues). 2007 HIGHLIGHTS
The Poligrafici Editorial Group, by way of Centro Stampa Poligrafici S.r.l. and Grafica Editoriale Printing S.r.l., S.p.A. acquired four new rotary presses, of which three have “cold” offset technology, for full-color printing of their newspapers, “QN Quotidiano Nazionale”, “Il Giorno”, “il Resto del Carlino”, “La Nazione”, with production starting in November 2007, and the other with offset technology with an oven for the printing of catalogues, magazines and other commercial print products.
